Position Details Position Information Position Title Assistant Professor of Epidemiology and One Health; OPCVM Department CVM Academic Affairs Position Category Faculty Job Description The Assistant/Associate Professor of Epidemiology and One Health is a full-time faculty position responsible for teaching, research, and service in the field of veterinary medicine with a particular focus on epidemiology, population health, and One Health.

Faculty in this role are expected to foster student learning, participate in research or scholarly activity, and engage in service to the profession and community.

The position carries primary responsibility for teaching epidemiology, One Health, and evidence-based veterinary medicine in pre-clinical and clinical courses, contributing directly to the mission of the University and the College of Veterinary Medicine Required Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or PhD in epidemiology, public health, or a closely related field.

Experience in epidemiology or One Health with a research focus Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree, residency training, or specialty board certification in a relevant discipline.

Previous teaching experience in an academic setting.
