Position Overview:
We're currently seeking Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. This is not a sales role, it's about building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping homeowners schedule the services they need.
What You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls and assist potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule appointments and provide information about our services
Accurately input data and customer details into our systems
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences
Work collaboratively with teammates to support daily operationsWhat We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent attention to detail
Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
A professional, upbeat phone presence
High energy, trainable, and positive attitude
Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethicPreferred (but not required):
Experience with Service Titan
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
