Job Responsibilities: * Monitor and respond to issues with the facility support systems (HVAC, security, fire alarm, lighting, etc.) * Perform facility preventative maintenance (cosmetic, life safety, regulatory) * Respond to facility ServiceNow and Maximo requests * Perform inspections of facilities & grounds.
Complete minor repairs or report issues to facility engineers for further coordination.
* Support function/event set-up as required.
* Support events by cleaning/prepping patios, furniture or display set-up, & daily facility inspections.
* Support facility team projects (compliance, renovation, staff moves, repairs, continuous improvement, etc.) * Respond to facility related emergencies.
* Demonstrate safe work practices and procedures including: LOTO, fall protection, NFPA 70e and all other applicable OSHA regulations.
* Communicate with others on a regular basis: coworkers, production, supervision, engineering, safety and outside contractors.
