Call Center Representative (PT)

We're currently looking for a part-time Call Center Representative to join the fast-paced and friendly office team at our gourmet store.

As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-handling a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and care.

You'll assist with general catering inquiries, provide top-notch customer service, and work to resolve any questions or concerns efficiently and courteously.

Responsibilities * Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

* Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics * Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

* Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.

* Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

* Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

* Frequently attend educational catering seminars provided by upper management to improve knowledge and performance levels.

* Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
