Lead Teacher - Dexter & Cottage St. Locations, RI

Lead Teacher - Newport & East Providence, RI

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $40,000 annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts

Number of Openings: 2

Role Summary:

As a Lead Teacher at Joyful Hearts, you will have the opportunity to design and lead engaging learning experiences for young children. You will implement our trusted curriculum while infusing your own teaching style to create a classroom that inspires curiosity, creativity, and growth. This role offers professional fulfillment as you guide children in their earliest and most formative years.

What We're Looking For:

CDA certification, an Early Childhood Education degree, or a minimum of 12 college credits in ECE-related studies.

Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and creating joyful learning experiences.

Strong classroom management skills and experience in curriculum planning and early childhood care.
