Job Description The Nursing Department within the College of Health Professions at The University of Findlay invites applications for a non-tenure track faculty member position.

The earliest start date for this position is January 02, 2026.

A licensed registered nurse with an earned doctorate in nursing or a related field is preferred.

However, a licensed registered nurse, with an earned Master of Science in Nursing degree will be considered.

Applicants must possess or be eligible for an Ohio Nursing License and have a minimum of three years of clinical experience, with mental health, community, pediatrics, or obstetrical nursing experience preferred.

Prior college teaching experience is preferred and a desire to work with students in a university setting is expected.

The ideal candidate will be an individual with a passion for the nursing profession and a vision for professional education, possess strong leadership and communication skills, have experience with accreditation, and have a record of scholarly and professional activity.

Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications.
