Capital Region Medical Center (CRMC), a thriving community-based health system in Missouri's capital city, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonologist to join our well-established Internal Medicine Department. This is a unique opportunity to practice outpatient pulmonology with the support of a strong interventional radiology team, renowned hematology-oncology colleagues (Goldschmidt Cancer Center), and a collegial group of referring providers.

What You Can Expect
Outpatient-focused role - inpatient consulting service is optional
No call, no ICU coverage required
1:1 support from a dedicated NP (sees follow-ups)
Collaborative environment with one established pulmonologist and hospitalist/intensivist support for complications
Robust procedure mix: Bronchoscopy, EBUS; interventional pulmonology welcome
Clinic Schedule Flexibility:
4-day or 5-day work weeks available (4x10s or 5x8s)
Start with 9 clinic sessions/week, scaling down to 7 as your panel grows
Protected admin time: 4 hours/week
Interventional candidates start with day/week procedural time, expandable to 2+

Strong referral base from over 160 employed providers in 36 clinics across 8 counties
Procedures supported by experienced radiology and hospitalist teams
No admissions responsibility - hospitalists and intensivists manage inpatient care
Modern facilities including advanced procedural space and tech-enabled support

Minimum Qualifications
MD/DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonology and Internal Medicine
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
