* 6-10+ years of relevant Systems Engineering experience Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline * Experience with FADEC technology.

* Subject matter expertise in one or more of the domain or technology related to engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems.

* Product development experience including requirement analysis, architecture, system design, integration and test.

* Team Leadership experience including project technical leadership and/or Systems functional leadership.

* Experience with engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems.

* Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions.

* Experience with Integration and Test.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $118504 - $201457 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
