THE JOB: The MGM Resorts event production warehouse team is looking for an Asset Supervisor.

In this role, you'll oversee the inspection, packing, and transportation of inventory for our exciting events while managing daily work assignments, ensuring timelines are met and promoting a collaborative and creative work environment.

THE STARTING RATE: $25 an hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: * Supervise Asset department to ensure that inventory is safely and properly inspected, maintained, pulled, packed and loaded for transport, and restocked or tagged for repair * Oversee shipping, receiving and consumables inventory and database updating * Supervise daily work assignments for employees, ensuring that timelines established in pre-planning meetings are met and desired results are achieved * Supervise assigned staff to include: scheduling employees, hiring recommendations that encompass the company's diversity commitment, training, coaching, performance feedback and counseling; approve administrative requests, including time-off * Communicate project status and timelines with internal departments, clients and vendors to maintain satisfaction * Participate in event production, installation/tear down and loading/unloading and driving of company vehicles, including box trucks, as needed THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: * High school diploma or GED * 2+ years in warehouse, events or hospitality * 2+ years in warehouse supervisory experience is preferred * Experience scheduling and driving box trucks * Great organizational skills * Available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed THE PERKS & BENEFITS: * Competitive and comprehensive health benefits as well as wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally * Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more * Free meals in our employee dining room * Free parking on and off shift * Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION: Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
