As part of the Fan Development team, part-time associates help bring the Thunder brand to life by supporting campaigns, events, and programs both in the market and beyond.
This role is ideal for solutions-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to meaningful fan experiences during the 2025-26 Thunder season.
In this role you will: * Support the execution of grassroots marketing initiatives and fan development programs across regional markets * Assist with game night and event operations, including setup, teardown, and promotional item distribution * Execute market appearance requests, logistics, and on-site activation * Engage fans in a professional and enthusiastic manner, delivering high-quality brand interactions at events and activations * Contribute to the planning and support of tentpole campaigns, retail promotions, and youth-focused community programs * Compile post-event recaps and help evaluate consumer behavior insights to inform future fan development strategies * Maintain proactive communication and a team-first mindset while working across departments and with external partners * Support special projects and internal initiatives as assigned * Perform other duties as assigned What you'll bring to the role: * Must be at least 18 years of age * Desire to work in sports, marketing or promotions industries is preferred * Problem solving abilities including creative thinking and ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests of all ages and backgrounds * Integrity when handling consumer data and managing ticket distribution * Ability to think analytically and present data-driven solutions * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint * Bi-lingual abilities are a plus including Spanish/English, sign language or other fluencies Additional Details: This is an hourly part-time position reporting to the Fan Development Coordinator.
The work schedule will include some Thunder home games, including some potential post-season games.
Must have valid driver's license and transportation.
Some travel will be required to support events in the metro and around the region and may occasionally require an overnight stay.
Physical demands include walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting and carrying heavy items.
Events may take place in both indoor and outdoor venues with varying temperatures.
The primary work location is the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City.
The Paycom Center environment features loud music, crowd noise, and flashing lights.
