What You’ll Do
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of resident care.
Provide direct services to residents with professionalism and compassion.
Lead, mentor, and discipline staff when necessary to maintain excellence.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Promote teamwork and problem-solving in a positive, resident-centered environment.
What We’re Looking For
Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 1 year experience as a Head Nurse or Charge Nurse, preferably in geriatric care.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
A caring, respectful approach to working with residents and staff.
Commitment to upholding standards of clinical excellence.
