Position Description

Epic Special Education is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract Behavioral Interventionist (BI) for the 2023-2024 school year.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: March 2024 - May 2024

Onsite or Virtual: On-Site

Full or Part Time: Full Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30AM-3:30PM

Grade/Age Levels: High School

Caseload Description: 35 students

Qualifications

The minimum qualifications for a BI:

1 year of verifiable professional experience with provision of ABA, positive behavior supports, and crisis intervention for students with emotional disabilities in the school setting is preferred

Preferred: Bachelor's degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Child Development, Special Education, Psychology or a related field

IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (or in process)

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
