Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * Proper license - LBS1 required * Available for employment on August, 2025 Salary/Benefits * Base salary for the 2025-2026 school year is $43,696 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits, as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of Education) * Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave.

* Two (2) days personal leave per year.
