Chemistry Lab Technician - Ink & Polymer Development Location: Onsite in Orange, CT Pay Range: $24.00 - $40.00/hr Experience Level: Entry-Level About the Role Join a cutting-edge team at the forefront of digital printing innovation.

We're seeking a Chemistry Lab Technician who is passionate about formulation science and eager to contribute to the development of next-generation inks and polymers.

This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts product performance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do * Formulate and compound inks for various printing applications * Synthesize polymers and develop new pigment dispersions using bead mill technology * Test and integrate inks with printer hardware and software systems * Conduct real-world testing on multiple printer platforms and analyze results to guide product refinement * Perform quality control on production batches and ensure consistency * Apply formulated inks to finished products and evaluate performance * Document and report findings to support R&D and production teams What You Bring * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related Science field * 2+ years of experience in an industry or academic lab setting * Familiarity with water-based formulations, polymer science, and material testing * Hands-on experience with lab instruments such as rheometers, spectrometers, AccuSizer, drop analyzers, etc.

* Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving and innovation Bonus Skills * Knowledge of digital printing technologies * Experience with HPLC, GMP, CGMP, and method validation * Mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
