About the Role
We are hiring Client Experience Coordinators to join our outreach and engagement team. This role is ideal for driven individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building communication skills, and contributing to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
You'll work face-to-face with potential clients at community events and outreach locations to create positive first impressions and guide them through next steps. This is a field-based position - not a desk job - and is well-suited for students, recent graduates, or individuals looking to start a career in business, communications, or customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the brand professionally at local events and outreach sites
Engage in face-to-face conversations with potential clients and community members
Answer questions, explain services, and drive participation
Support local outreach campaigns and promotional activities
Work collaboratively with a performance-driven team
Identify new opportunities for outreach in your assigned area Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
Comfortable working on the go and in public-facing environments
Part-time availability, including some weekends
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Preferred Experience
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university
Experience in student leadership, athletics, retail, or customer service
Interest in sales, marketing, outreach, or client relations
