Your Responsibilities

Conduct structured interviews to evaluate needs and recommend tailored program solutions.

Use established frameworks and tools to drive measurable transformational results.

Leverage social media channels to attract new clients and create brand awareness (training provided)

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing consistent guidance and follow-up.

Deliver high-impact coaching sessions that help clients achieve meaningful personal and professional outcomes.

Attend and contribute to weekly Zoom-based team training and development sessions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in coaching, consulting, or a related field

Strong foundation in leadership and personal development methodologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in virtual settings (Zoom, etc.)

Confidence using digital platforms such as LinkedIn or Facebook for networking and outreach

Passionate about empowering others to grow and thrive

Highly self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently
