Insight Global is hiring for a Client Service Administrator with a large financial services client in Fairfield, IA. This position does require to work onsite 5 days a week. The Client Service Administrator will assist in the below tasks:
• Call scheduling (talking with up to 100 people a day)
o Making sure people are available to answer the phones
o Helping the transition team
o Will be able to take the call and give them the piece of mind that they're being taken care of
• Entering call consultation notes in Compass as a campaign
• Assist with staffing the phone loop - couldn't answer much beyond very basics, but the caller at least got a live person and could have an idea of roughly when their consultants meeting was over or such. Or our admin could sometimes catch them coming out of a meeting and go ahead and transfer over.
• Monitor voicemail box and distro to make sure things weren't getting accidentally buried and overlooked, submitting things from this distro like TOA reimbursements.
The hourly compensation for this role is $19/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• Customer Service mindset (white glove service)
• Can complete a 30-40 words per minute typing test
• Experience taking inbound calls (doesn't have to be call center)
o Talk Desk or other phone software systems
• Professional maturity, will be on external facing calls not just internal calls
• Basic Understanding of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Simple Functions)
• Strong organization skills
• Can pass a background check
