Your responsibilities will include: * Communicating effectively with patients & providers * Processing lab orders & ensuring timely data delivery * Performing lab tests with precision * Troubleshooting equipment & refining testing methods * Contributing to research, training, and process improvements * Handling phone inquiries and reception tasks professionally What We're Looking For * Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology * MLT Certification (ASCP) - or eligible to obtain within 6 months * Completion of clinical training as part of the degree program Make a Difference with Us At Adena, you're not just a number-you're part of a mission to improve lives.
