Job Title: QC Laboratory Technician Job Description Join our team as a QC Laboratory Technician, where you will perform essential laboratory quality testing on incoming and raw materials.
Use fundamental chemistry techniques such as Infrared Spectroscopy (IR), pH measurement, melt point determination, and titrations to ensure quality standards are met.
Responsibilities + Conduct laboratory quality testing on incoming and raw materials using basic chemistry techniques.
+ Perform necessary documentation of all lab data and testing data.
+ Collaborate with the quality team and shipping department as needed when materials arrive.
Essential Skills + Proficiency in lab testing and chemistry techniques.
+ Ability to perform titrations and document results according to FDA standards.
+ Bachelor's degree in the Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology). + Completion of at least 2-3 chemistry classes in school.
Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working within a laboratory environment is advantageous.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment This role is based in the laboratory of a pharmaceutical company, providing an opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team.
The position offers 1st shift hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m.
The dress code is business casual, fostering a professional yet comfortable work setting.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Port Washington, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
