Clinical Psychologist - Non Faculty - Hoover Family Medicine Clinic

Under general supervision, conducts psychological evaluations and psychotherapy; maintains records, collects data and prepares reports; assists in program development; provides training and consultation as required.

Responds to the unique needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients as the need arises.

Acts in a caring and courteous manner towards all patients, guests, visitors, students and staff.

Position Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology required.

Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION: Currently licensed or eligible to sit for licensing exam as a Psychologist by the Alabama Board of Examiners in Psychology required.

If eligible to sit for licensing exam, must be licensed within one (1) year of hire date.
