GCR operates 9 Stores, 2 Bandag Retread Plants, and 5 Off-The-Road Tire Repair Facilities in 5 states, along with managing tire programs at several remote mine locations.

Position Summary Produce high-quality retread tires by performing a variety of tasks according to established standards and procedures.

Ensure product quality and efficiency through adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $34.00 Commission Eligible Responsibilities * Inspect tire casings to assess condition and determine necessary repairs.

* Prepare tire casings for retreading by applying rubber compounds and hanging to dry.

* Operate curing equipment to vulcanize retread tires.

* Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product meets specifications.

* Trim and paint finished retreads.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

* Participate in training and development opportunities.

* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications * Previous experience in manufacturing or tire industry preferred.

* Physical ability to lift up to 150 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

* Attention to detail and focus on quality.

* Basic math and measurement skills.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check required.
