Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role
This is not your typical call center role. As a Customer Service Representative in our Tucker warehouse, you’ll work directly with in-home delivery driver teams, supporting real-time dispatch, solving issues as they arise, and occasionally communicating with customers. Your role is essential in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring on-time deliveries, and bridging communication between drivers, customers, and management.
Schedule & Shifts
Must be available Fridays and Saturdays
Guaranteed day off on Sunday
Rotating shifts:
First: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Second: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Stay in phone contact with driver teams, troubleshoot delivery issues, and report delays.
Communicate with customers when needed, providing clear explanations and de-escalating issues.
Support real-time dispatch and track driver progress throughout the day.
Assist driver teams with end-of-day check-ins, ensuring compliance with warehouse processes.
Work alongside the Lead CSR and Operations Manager to document and escalate issues.
Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish & English) strongly preferred
Strong phone-based communication skills; calm yet assertive under pressure
Dependable and flexible with scheduling needs
Basic computer skills (Excel, GPS tracking tools, email)
Preferred Background
Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or delivery operations
Hands-on background in appliance/furniture delivery, handyman tasks, or assembly
Familiarity with Descartes, CLX, or similar systems is a plus
