Internship Description We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic university student to join our Human Resources team in the area of Internal Communication and Employee Engagement Projects.

The main objective of the internship is to analyze, suggest improvements, and support the management of internal communication channels, as well as initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities: * Analyze the effectiveness of internal communication channels and propose improvements.

* Support the creation, writing, and editing of content for weekly newsletters and other internal communications (including posts for the internal social network). * Provide communication support for employee engagement initiatives and projects.

* Participate in the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns.

* Collaborate on content management and enhancements for the employee support chatbot.

* Assist with the coordination and follow-up of culture-building and internal recognition activities.
