What We Seek...
We are looking for a Client Advisor for our BoxPop division of Britten, Inc. to build up and sustain long-lasting relationships with our clients while finding new and profitable sales opportunities to grow the client's business. Through client referrals, incoming lead follow-up and the deepening of client relationships you will measure success by meeting your sales revenue goals and quota. You will be given a lot of independence in your day-to-day role, so a sense of urgency for goal achievement is integral for this position.
Britten has become a trusted partner for some of the world's most high-profile clients, such as Octagon, SIMON Shopping Centers, the London and Sochi Olympics, and fan experiences for teams like the Miami Dolphins and Denver Broncos. Our custom-branded environments span stadiums, universities, and landmark venues such as the Plaza Hotel in New York City. Your ability to grow and manage relationships will directly impact our continued success across these large-scale specialty projects.
Job Summary and Job Functions
Communicate effectively with clients, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads
Responsible for leading the initial sales conversation, going after any and all leads, teaching customers new and current products/services, and guiding the sale to close
Responsible for proper administration of all necessary agreements and paperwork
Work together, as part of an inclusive team, to meet and exceed individual & company sales goals
Listen and ask questions to understand customer needs while identifying sales opportunities
Remain informed on market trends to stay competitive and drive new sale opportunities to clients
Routine follow-up with clients on existing quotes and leads

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred with proven sales experience
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools; Salesforce preferred
Understand and follow department standards and processes with attention to detail
Highly effective in prioritizing prospects to ensure time is focused on highest potential leads
Ability to respond to the customer in a professional and timely manner and convert prospects to lifelong customers
Exhibits strong organizational skills
Creative thinking and brainstorming; thinking outside the box
Relentless passion to delight our customers and work as a team that is committed to achieving team goals
Effective in verbal and written communication as well as listening skills, communicates respectfully with others
Demonstrates effective teamwork, conflict resolution skills, and relationship building internally and externally
Approaches work with enthusiasm, maintains a positive outlook and is self-reliant
Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to multi-task
Occasional travel required
