Janitor

Staffmark is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to join a warehouse facility in Merkel, TX. If you take pride in maintaining clean, safe environments and are looking for steady part-time work, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a fast-paced industrial setting.

1st Shift $15.00/hour Part-Time

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of janitorial or custodial experience

Reliable with a strong attendance and work ethic

Able to work independently in a warehouse setting

Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.

Resume required for consideration

Must wear appropriate work attire (closed-toe or steel-toe shoes)

Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, and clean warehouse floors and surfaces

Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch areas

Empty and dispose of trash and recycling properly

Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies (soap, paper towels, etc .)

Dust surfaces, clean equipment, and maintain general cleanliness

Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns

Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
