In this role, you will be working as an Administrative Assistant for the client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for daily administrative operations for the general office.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.
Pay; 50,000-$55,000/Yr.
Associates Degree or appropriate experience
Computer skills - MS office, Adobe etc.
Responsible for assisting visitors when they enter the office, answer and direct incoming phone calls
Experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings etc.
Data entry
Keep track of office supply inventory and place orders when needed
