Part Time Shop Helper

The City of Sioux Falls Public Works Department, Street/Fleet Division is accepting applications for a part-time Shop Helper.

This position is a non-benefited position, working maximum of 28 hours per week.

The schedule is Monday through Friday 11:30 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m.

Duties may include, but are not limited to: * Cleaning shop and car wash area * Conducting minor repairs * Picking up and delivering parts to mechanics * Moving vehicles and equipment in and out of shop * Dropping off or picking up vehicles from outside vendors * Assist in the welding shop and assist mechanics when necessary * Replenish washer fluid and minor custodial responsibilities Applicants should have relevant education and/or experience.
