Accountant

We are currently seeking a Accountant to join the high-performing team of a rapidly growing organization based in Sacramento. Salary $75,000- $82,000 plus profit sharing

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple properties

Support accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely vendor payments

Collaborate with property managers and leadership to streamline financial reporting

Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2+ years of accounting experience (real estate or property management a plus)

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and organizational abilities
