HIRING FOR 1ST & 2ND SHIFTS!
* Conduct QA audits, ensuring Company standards are maintained, and product integrity is preserved.
* Work closely with management to resolve any quality or production issues.
* Evaluate and take corrective action regarding labeling and product movement.
* Assist in the education and instruction of team members throughout the facility.
* Act as source of critical quality issues.
* Perform HACCP, NELS, and quality tests and audits.
* All other relevant duties to the position.
* Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or other closely related field preferred.
* HACCP certification required.
* Leadership experience preferred.
* Previous quality experience in a food manufacturing environment required.
* Good communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
