The Assistant Director of Student Engagement has direct responsibility for managing programs and providing leadership to the following major functional areas: Student Organizations, Leadership Development, and Service & Volunteerism within the Office of Student Engagement.
This role serves in a variety of administrative capacities, including policy approval and implementation, assessment efforts, and training and staff supervision.
This position will also co-advise Campus Activities Board.
In addition, all members of the Student Engagement team work collaboratively on most large-scale programs including, but not limited to, Week of Welcome and the Campus Involvement & Leadership Awards.
