Schedule: Every other weekend on-call rotation with 8am-12pm Sat & Sun shift coverage.
This position also includes 1-2 nights of weekday call The sonographer performs Ultrasound procedures according to established protocol to obtain diagnostic information as ordered by a licensed physician or their designated health care provider.
The Sonographer provides information to the patient about the purpose of the ultrasound procedure and responds to the patient's questions and concerns.

The diagnostic medical sonographer maintains continued competence through lifelong learning, which includes continuing education, acquisition of specialty specific credentials, and recredentialing.
