HVAC Technician

Job Title: Warehouse Associate - HVAC

Location: Marysville, WA

Job type: Full time Permanent

Shift: Full-time : 7:00 / 7:30 am to 3:30 / 4 pm, Monday thru Friday; OT on occasion

Pay Range: USD $15 - $20 + Benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, a 401K matching program, 6 paid holidays, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge of plumbing and or HVAC service and installations, preferred.

Stage Equipment and Supplies for all outgoing HVAC projects and installations day to day.

Receive all Equipment and Supplies orders

Keep accurate accounting of what was received and what was sent back

Deliver all order invoices to the Accounting Manager

Ensure the Shop is clean, neat, and organized.

Work with suppliers to use electronic inventory process.

Be available for possible parts running to field Technicians.

Be available for 2 nd -man assist as needed in the field with Technicians

Qualifications And Characteristics That You Have

6+ months of Warehouse experience

Willingness & desire to help people & be part of a team [Self-starter attitude]

Good record keeping and being organized (order tracking)

Use of computers and systems to order, track orders, research, and document

Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis, and up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis.

Outstanding interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

Must be able to analyze problems, propose reasonable solutions, make logical decisions, carry out decisions made and follow-up with feedback where appropriate.

Ability to develop and support a teamwork environment.

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Education Desired

High school diploma or GED required
