Job Title:Network Operations Lead - Infrastructure Management

Long-term contract

Place of work: Bethesda, MD- Onsite role(Need local to DMV Area)

Client: Federal ( Healthcare)

Experience Requirements:

6-13 years complex infrastructure management experience

8+ years supporting, planning, and building infrastructure for COOP & DR plans

Management and technical direction experience

Personnel supervision and task organization experience

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree AND Active PMP certification

Alternative: 14 years applicable experience may substitute for degree

Preferred: Related industry certifications (CISCO, CompTIA, DELL, AWS, Microsoft)

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on IT project management (waterfall and/or Agile)

Strong knowledge of Cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

Microsoft Project or Smartsheet experience

Microsoft products expertise

Prior Federal/State government IT project management

Government CPIC experience

Matrix environment experience

Functional Responsibilities:

Ensure IT systems are properly maintained, efficient, and optimized

Manage network appliances, storage area networks, servers, VMs

Device configuration recording and backup (24-hour cycles)

Network infrastructure backups and disaster recovery

Maintain SOPs and System Security Plans (quarterly reviews)

FISMA and FIPS-199 compliance
