Reason for need:

Seeking a Tech Writer to support the Director of Digital Infrastructure's system/application integration project. Will leverage written and verbal technical requirements and make them polished

Project:

This is a project to work on application integrations between two merging banks. Legacy systems need access to internal and external applications.

Project Details:

This is not migration work- this is focused on enablement and access. This team will enable each bank to have access from one domain to another, and get applications communicating from application to application.

Will work directly with applications team to see what it take to integrate applications.

This person will be doing the technical documentation for this.

Must Have Skills:

Exemplary (technical) writing skills

Expertise in MS Word

Knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow

Experience working with Visio for creating diagrams

Critical thinking, collaboration, knowledge of IT, knowledge of IT asset management

Day to day responsibilities:

Consolidate and harmonize procedural IT asset management (software/hardware) documents; responsible for comparing existing procedural documents, noting differences, making recommendations to consolidate, gaining consensus, and creating s final consolidated/harmonized version
