Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required Master's Degree Nursing or Healthcare related field Required Other Graduate of accredited school of nursing Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience 3 years experience as an RN in a clinical specialty area Required 2 years experience in a clinical leadership role Preferred Strong knowledge of critical care nursing standards, operations, and performance metrics.
Provide leadership and direction for all nursing staff within Intermediate Care (IMCU/Step-down) and Critical Care Units Collaborate with medical staff, department leaders, and executive leadership to align nursing practice with institutional goals and evidence-based care.
