Accounting Clerk

Our client is looking for a temp to hire Accounting Clerk. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $28 to $33 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial records.

Serve as a backup for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, handling clerical tasks.

Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.

Perform bank reconciliations.

Manage manual processes related to financial transactions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is desirable.
