Our client is seeking a reliable and motivatedLeasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to join their team. Responsibilities:
Market and show available units to prospective tenants
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Conduct tenant screenings and background checks
Prepare lease agreements and coordinate move-ins/move-outs
Maintain accurate records of occupancy and availability
Assist the Property Manager in handling tenant requests, maintenance issues, and vendor coordination
Conduct property inspections and ensure units are well-maintained
Assist with rent collections and follow-up on delinquent accounts
Help manage property records, leases, and compliance documents
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or property management is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is helpful
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
