We're seeking a unique individual who will embody the heart and soul of the Fort Worth Stockyards while caring deeply about our brand and community - someone who acts as an extension of our mission, values, and culture. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Embody the values + guiding principles of Hotel Drover

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a demanding, fast paced environment

Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning resources

Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures

Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly

Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping

Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash

Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in the guest room

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leader

MUST-HAVES:

Passion for creating an amazing experience for our guests

Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation

Able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods of time

Ability to communicate in the English language

Operate with passion, respect, integrity, dedication, and empowerment to all team members and hotel guests

QUALIFICATIONS:

Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required

Available to work a varied schedule that will include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible

Must possess the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
