Maintenance Tech/Grounds

Franklin Park Alamo Heights is accepting applications for Maintenance Tech/Grounds.

Tuesday through Saturday, 8am-5pm, Pay: DOE QUALIFICATIONS: * Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a health care or assisted living community setting.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL: * Have a heart to serve Seniors.

* Have a minimum of one-year prior experience.

* Have serious attention to detail.

* Be very dependable.

* Want to work as part of a team.

* Have the ability to work patiently and appropriately with residents who may have significant problems with memory, reasoning, and/or other cognitive skills.

* Be willing to undergo a drug and background screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
