Accounts Payable Associate Horsham, PA Schedule: Primarily 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday Position Overview The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes.

This includes the timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting month-end financial operations.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Based on experience and qualifications, we may consider extending an offer for an Accounts Payable Representative position instead of an Associate.

️ Key Responsibilities Process stock invoices in accordance with established terms, conditions, and special payment programs Match and validate invoices against receiving reports; troubleshoot discrepancies with warehouse personnel.

Resolve pricing variances in collaboration with the Purchasing team Process vendor drop-ship invoices for timely payment Collect, post, and prepare credit memos as needed Maintain and manage vendor communications via phone, email, and instant messaging Review and reconcile vendor statements and perform related account reconciliations Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations Assist with month-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience An associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role Technical Skills Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Advanced knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures Strong data entry skills and the ability to manage high volumes of transactions Soft Skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity There at Every Turn: Our Benefits We believe in empowering our employees and showing appreciation through a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off, holidays, and floating holidays Employee discount program Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage Wellness programs and employee assistance resources Professional development opportunities Fun, collaborative work environment with passionate car enthusiasts
