The Financial Analyst supports strategic planning and operational performance through financial modeling, reporting, and analysis. This hybrid role in Bloomington, IL involves working directly with leadership, preparing forecasts and budgets, and identifying process improvements. Candidates should be analytical, collaborative, and proactive in seeking growth and feedback.
