ABOUT THE ROLE: The Analyst will be a part of the Privacy Product team which is responsible for managing, implementing and solutioning of the technology tools to meet regulatory compliance while working across multiple * teams.

The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the solution delivery lifecycle for the SaaS application working closely with the Product Manager, Product Owner and Engineering teams.

The primary tool used in this role is a SaaS application, OneTrust.

The candidate will support the business technology needs and help facilitate achieving the Product teams automation roadmap.

The ideal candidate must have experience working with APIs, be a strong communicator and be able to work in a challenging environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities: Partner with and support the Product team to achieve Roadmap goals, including new integrations requirements gathering, E2E integration testing, issue identification and resolution, and release and hypercare support Create product process mapping and design documents Review, analyse, test and summarize vendor releases Support creation of design specifications using use case format, workflows, wireframes, modeling and related methods as needed Evaluate vendor product releases viability and document business use justification Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to provide input on technical solutions and support end to end solution delivery Build effective relationships within a matrixed organization with other teams to support successful delivery of the product roadmap Ensure assignments and work are complete, accurately, and timely Perform other duties as assigned Onsite work location New York, NY Quals-- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management IS or related fields; or equivalent relevant professional experience 2-3 years of IT experience performing business analysis 2-3 years of experience in requirements elicitation, user story documentation and solution recommendations Self-starter that demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills able to identify flexible and forward thinking IT solutions Experience using Jira and Confluence to ensure that all issues are recorded and comply with the issue management process Proficient using Microsoft Office, Python, Rest APIs Strong written and oral communications Willingness to work off business hours and weekends as needed in a demanding environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with OneTrust, Privacy Technology and SaaS Applications Experience with business intelligence and analytical tools Passionate learner and follower of industry and technical trends
