Qualifications Education: * Bachelor's Degree with industry experience in Hospitality Management.
Master's Degree preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: * Must have knowledge of menu planning, serv safe, and food and beverage management.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Master's Degree preferred.
Knowledge of Monmouth County and its communities.
Pay Rate $985 per credit hour
