-Leverage select partners to expand their reach into the pathway's work, including but not limited to, participating in a monthly speaker series about topics relevant to fields of student interest, including but not limited to: business, engineering, architecture, law, medicine, etc.
-Provide students with school-based opportunities to build their knowledge and skills related to student fields of interest.
- Assess student interest in various career options and use this information to develop a career exploration curriculum
-Facilitate career exploration sessions with students through daily advisory classes
-Administer Work Keys and other assessments to aid students in becoming career-ready
-Collect and analyze data and report findings to community partners
-Report on major indicators to school administrations, pathway stakeholders, and community partners
-Organize a career fair utilizing community and business partners
-Coordinate Career and Technical Education program for Sandy Ridge Campus.
-Update CASLV Sandy Ridge Campus website and prepare and enter campus news.
-Track high school students' volunteer hours and help them find organizations in which they can complete their volunteer hour requirements.
-Arrange job shadowing and internship opportunities for students and track their attendance and completion.
