Job Title: Superintendent (Traveling)

Job Location: Traveling

Salary: $125k-$140k + Vehicle + Per diem + bonus + Benefits

Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent + Experience on Commercial projects such as retail, Restaurants, Hotels, fuel stations, etc. Ground-up experience is preferred

What You Will Be Doing

Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.

Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.

Monitor construction progress

Maintain a good client/customer relationship throughout the project

What You Need for this Position

6+ years experience as a Superintendent

Ground-up commercial projects related to any of the following: Commercial / Retail / Restaurants / Hotels / Fuel Stations / etc.

Excellent planning and problem-solving skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated
