Century Group is working with a firm who is seeking to add a Full Charge Bookkeeper to their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
Job Description:
Process manual payroll with ability to maintain salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and liability payments
Quarterly and year-end payroll tax returns, along with W2/W3 filing
Open, renew, and close accounts for city business licenses
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual write-ups for tax preparation
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Monthly and annual banks and credit cards entries and reconciliation
Maintain general ledger, reconciling accounts, journal entries and financial statement
Requirements:
Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Proficient in AppFolio
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience:
High school diploma required, some college/business school preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience of real estate, manual payroll processing, and CPA firm bookkeeping
