Director, Inventory Management

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Director, Inventory Management to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $140,000 to $160,000 per year.

Job Description:

Manage the inventory accounting functions

Direct and manage two professional accounting resources for item maintenance management and other business processes

Prepare, analyze, and present monthly inventory reporting for accuracy and completeness to cross-functional leads

Develop staff by cross-training, managing performance, goal setting, providing timely and ongoing feedback, and building strong team relationships

Requirements:

Excellent Microsoft Office and financial systems skills

Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization

Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 7 years' relevant experience
