Temporary Clinic Attendant

General Statement of Duties

This position is for the 2024-25 school year and is open until filled. To support the school nurse in providing direct services to students in matters pertaining to student health.

Clinic Aide providing 1:1 student care.

Essential Duties

Under the guidance of the School Nurse, this individual will assist the students and staff in matters pertaining to student health. Job duties are specific to each school location and program.

Minimum Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent. Certification in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) ( American Heart Association or American Red Cross certification is required) . Knowledge and use of universal precautions for communicable diseases and bloodborne pathogens; ability to follow directions; ability to lift students as required; good written and/or verbal communication skills.

Additional Information

This position is for the 2023-24 school year. Hourly Rate $16.52 Temporary positions cannot exceed 29 hours per week. This vacancy is open until filled.
