VP, Internal Audit

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a VP, Internal Audit to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $125,000 to $150,000 per year.

Job Description:

Develop and administer a 3-year rotational Internal Audit Plan

Establish direction and focus of major audits

Define and evolve structure of reporting to meet internal and external requirements

Work with business managers to administer ad hoc audits in accordance with company priorities

Serve as liaison with external auditors Strategic Planning

Provide consultation on audit topics Governance

Maintain and publish status and exception management reporting Other Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related filed

10 years of relevant experience

CPA CIA, or CISA preferred

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills Experience:

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills

Communicate audit results effectively, both verbally and in written form.

Meeting audit deadlines and budgets.
