As a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking, you will generate new treasury management business and maintain relationships with clients.

You will leverage your deep treasury product knowledge to develop and execute a localized market and product strategy while developing partnerships with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams.

Job responsibilities * Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships * Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning * Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client driven framework * Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialist for complex client business process reviews * Raise new solution ideas while partner with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions * Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on the working capital solutions at client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms * Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationships Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience * Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills * Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organization * Strong time management, organizational and planning skills * Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Bachelor's degree * Certified Treasury Professional designation * Strong creative solution and problem-solving abilities
